Yard commission rates
Commission rates are based per lot/item.
$25 or less is 100%
$26 to $1000 is 20%
$1001 to $5000 is 15%
$5001 and Above is 12%

Consignment Terms
1- Consignors get paid 21 days after the sale Date for all items sold and paid for by the Purchaser.
